BINZL: Warehouse management

The BINZL: Warehouse Management application is not only easy and innovative to use but also offers a variety of functions.
Your data is always secure, stored locally on your iPhone. 
You can conveniently create an iCloud backup of the data - if required - with the paid version.

DEADLINE TRACKING
BINZL offers a number of useful features with which you can always keep track of the most important dates and events.
For example, you can quickly and easily display the following topics:
- Overdue orders and items
- Unconfirmed delivery dates and positions
- Open delivery items
- Best-before date / expiration date of stocks
- Items with reached reorder level
- Items with reached or fallen short of safety stock level


INVENTORY MAINTENANCE
Where is which article located ? This question will soon be a thing of the past.
Thanks to the simple yet versatile stock overview, you know at any time where and in what quantities your articles are stored.
Information such as the status (blocked / available), the batch, the date of goods receipt and the expiry date are also immediately visible.
You can also use the following functions for extended inventory maintenance:
- Stock transfer
- Inventory build
- Stock correction
- Manual goods issue
- In-house production (combines stock build with simultaneous goods issue of all BOM components after a positive availability check)


DISPOSITION
With the built-in disposition you have your inventory situation also in the future firmly in hand.
Scheduling all orders and sales orders on time will be easy for you.


ORDERING
The ease of use of the BINZL application supports you in creating customer orders and supplier orders as well as processing them afterwards.

MASTER DATA
The master data are the basic settings for your warehouse management and include the following items:
- Item information
- Parts lists
- Supplier data
- Customer data
- Material groups
- Storage locations


The BINZL app can be used and downloaded free of charge.

PREMIUM VERSION
The paid premium version offers you two major advantages.
Firstly, you have the possibility to create a backup of your data. The backup is saved in your own iCloud.
Thus, even if you lose your smartphone, you can easily restore your valuable data.
The second decisive advantage is the unlimited creation and management of items. The free version is limited to 10 products.

The Premium Version can be booked in the app as a subscription with a term of 1 month.

The Premium Version membership is automatically renewed each month and billed to your iTunes account 24 hours before the current term expires. You can prevent this by deactivating the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the current term expires in the settings of your iTunes - account.
