BIOSTAT

With the BIOSTAT® A app you get full monitoring and control functionality for your BIOSTAT® A. Thanks to the intuitive user interface, operating the BIOSTAT® A is ideal for beginners, reduces operating errors and speeds up training. Operation using a tablet or smartphone is a mode offered in the Advanced package and enables you to monitor and control the BIOSTAT® A on the move – in the laboratory, in the office or even at home.

The four main menu sections MAIN, TREND, SETTINGS and ALARM provide easy navigation and control of the process.

MAIN
- Overview of all system critical parameters.
- Access to controllers of single system parameters. Measurement and control capabilities feature temperature, stirrer speed, pH, DO, gas flow control, foam control, level control as well as possibilities for substrate addition and control for fed batch processes. PID settings may be adjusted by the user as well.
- Access to calibration of probes.

TREND
- Overview on process parameter course.
- Up to six process parameters may be displayed at the same time.
- All parameters are displayed in a different colour for easy overview and navigation.

SETTINGS
- User management: Multiple users with individual password
- Data logger
- Culture vessel selection with automatic parameter adjustment
- Network settings

ALARM
- For process parameters
