There are sites that charge over $29 a month for access to their data. We scour through hundreds of press releases, message boards, SEC filings, and FDA related websites to find the latest catalysts. At times there are just 6 stocks with pending decisions and at other times we've had 18+ stocks with pending FDA decisions! Please keep this in mind as the number is not truly decided by us as one user had thought!

More Info: An "FDA Decision" is a result of the Prescription Drug User Fee Act. The "FDA date" is also referred to as the "PDUFA Date" in the professional world. We encourage you to research the impact these decisions can have on a company. We only share dates that have been given by the company via official press release. The description posted is a direct copy and paste from a company press release. The date posted on our calendar is technically the FDA's "last day" to respond to the company - most of the time, the decision does indeed come on the announced deadline date (the date we share with you), but we have witnessed early and late decisions in the past.

If you meant there was an FDA date that had passed, that will be the case often as we update in stages - but there was never a time this app did not have multiple pending future decision dates, which is much more important in our opinion. We see plenty of value in our app as an informative, one-stop location for FDA-decision stocks. As a result of your review, we have decided to start listing exactly how many stocks are on our calendar at the very top of our description, which has greatly impacted results.
