The software enables continuous acquisition and monitoring of multiple physiologic data using readily available biosensors - Everion® and Apple Watch Series 5. The app also features ability to capture PROs using validated scales and guided mobile-based 6 Minute Walk Test. The app integrates HealthKit, including Health app, for the 6 minute walk test.
