The birddog than can easily upload all the property information, pictures, and all pertinent information within the drop boxes within the app. This information is sent to the seasoned real estate investor for final review to see if the lead qualifies as a lead for payment. The app allows exchange of information between the birddog and seasoned real estate investor through the app and the online version of the birddog generator software. Once the lead is approved, the birddog can easily be paid electronically via paypal. The concept allows a birddog to earn extra money legally while learning how to become a real estate investor.
