If you are one of the many women who experience loss of bladder control, this App developed by the American Urogynecologic Society will be a useful tool to help you take back control! The App includes the following features:

• Bladder Diary: the App will allow you to record quickly and easily your fluid intake, trips to the bathroom, leaks, and accidents. This information will be extremely useful to help you and your doctor better understand the nature of your bladder control problem, and develop a treatment plan. You can send a report of your results by simply entering the email address of your choice.
• Reminders: As part of a treatment plan, your doctor may recommend “bladder training,” Kegel exercises, and/or medication. This App will allow you to set reminders to help you manage all of the elements of your treatment plan.
• Tips and Resources: With only a few touches on your phone, you can read tips for controlling urge and suggestions for helping with bladder control.
• Note Pad: This is a convenient way to record questions for your doctor, symptoms, medication side effects, and other information that you would like to have available for your next health care appointment.
