Block Angel is an integrated communication and administration platform for the multi-unit (multi-family) property management industry. The software helps property managers of multi-unit developments to streamline communications with both unit owners and building residents.

Block Angel has two great user features encouraging resident participation and community engagement. 1. Noticeboard; this allows residents to share, swap, sell, tell etc. amongst the block community. 2. Local Services; provides information on local suppliers and service providers. Users can view updated information and offers from local providers in real time (Version two release).

The secure login process for the app ensures that only residents and owners of the building have access. The two step process of unique access code verification as well as property manager verification means that only you and your neighbours can access Block Angel.
