What does it cost to use Blocser as your personal cash register?



The basic business model for Blocser is to help independent freelancers and gigsters handle their business. We make money when you spend money using the Mastercard. Stores pay a fee for every credit card transaction they process and a part of this fee goes to the issuer. That is normally a bank but since blocser issues Mastercards, we get that small fee. We also charge 3% on incoming credit card payments, That is when your customers pay you via credit card. Lastly, we offer subscriptions if you opt in for a card with high limits - check out the website for more on that. You can get going without a subscription.



Payments



Credit card (3% fee) - You customers can pay by credit card - simply put in the amount and phone number and the app sends out an SMS with the payment link needed to pay you. You will get notified as soon as the payment has been made and the funds will be available within 7 days.


Blocser payments - The customer can also pay you without any fees in real-time through the app if he has it installed - so spread the word, save the credit card fee and get your funds instantly.

The webshop

You get your very own butterfly webstore. It is a simple 1 page website with a "PayMe" element so anyone with the link can go pay you. You can add "sales items" to the page to showcase your services or items. Share the link on your social media channels. It is a great way to "close" some deals based on your social media audience without having to pay for an online shop or share the revenue with a platform.


The Deal-making tool

We have made it easy for you to define a custom deal and send it to a customer. All you need is his phone number and he will get a link to your offer. The deal is interactive and it helps both of you remember when to deliver and pay. It produces a payment link and issues a receipt. The deals can be saved to your phone's calendar.
