Blue Bonnet Cafe

The Bluebonnet Café offers a variety of delicious options to our community. Whether you are an employee or guest there is something for you in our café.

We open our doors at 6:30 AM daily with a great selection of breakfast options from crispy bacon to eggs made to order, not to mention our amazing yogurt bar. All of this is available until 10:00am.
We open back up at 11:00 AM for lunch and keep them open until 11 PM for our dinner offerings. With choices ranging from:

• Rotating daily scratch prepared hot entrée and side offerings,
• Mediterranean bar that offers vegetarian options,
• Grill station with custom burger bar, daily Grill Specials, Rotisserie Chicken, and crispy Fries.
• Grab N Geaux features fresh salads, bistro sandwiches, fresh fruit parfaits and so much more.
• Locally sourced gourmet salad bar

Also make sure not to miss out on the star of the show our Chef’s Table. Available Monday –Friday from 11:00 – till we sell out. So make sure to get there quick! Like most of our cafeteria choices the Chef’s Table is made with BRGFit ingredients.
