What this app does:

- Sends a daily notification that contains short wisdoms related to markets and trading.
- Quotes are selected for their value as an inspiration and as warnings against mistakes that can lead to losses or ruin.
- Includes sayings from famous traders such as Warren Buffet, Paul Tudor Jones, George Soros, Carl Icahn, Nassim Nicolas Taleb and many more.
- Ability to keep quotes in a list of favorites.

Why I programmed this app:

Being a hobby stock market trader myself I wanted to improve my results by learning from the best traders that I could find. I learned about people such as Warren Buffet, Paul Tudor Jones, George Soros, Carl Icahn, Nassim Nicolas Taleb and many others. It turns out that often very successful traders choose to share their wisdom with the public and if one spends enough time looking for it, one can assemble a nice collection of short useful sayings. Eventually I had compiled a long list of sayings by these role models in a long text file. From time to time I would open it and randomly read a quote or two. But I wanted to be reminded of it every day. So.. being a programmer, I have decided to turn this text file into an app that helps myself and hopefully will help others.
