HOW TO QUALIFY
To do business as a driver on Bluecar and start earning on-demand customers, you must be a regulated black car company, commercially insured, and in possession of a proper operating license for your region.
Bluecar does not provide commercial insurance for drivers. We do not provide an operating license or decal to drivers. We do not allow non-professional drivers of any kind. If you are not accountable to your local ground transportation administration with the legal right to do business directly with the public, you may not use Bluecar as a driver.

We are not a rideshare company. When you use Bluecar as a driver, you are doing business as yourself under your own company's umbrella.
