This is a tool software that calculates BMR based on age, weight, height, and age.
BMR generally refers to basal metabolic rate, which is the ratio of the difference between the minimum calorie expenditure per unit time and unit area of the human body and the standard calorie expenditure. The basal metabolic rate of the normal population is relatively stable, with males generally slightly higher than females, and children and adolescents higher than adults.
