BMW i Visualizer

BMW i Visualizer allows you to explore your ideal BMW i3, i3s or i8 as a life size, interactive visualization and customization.

The app uses Apple’s ARKit to visualise relevant BMW i models and configurations in 3D and true-to-scale on iPhones and iPads. See below for iPhone and iPad compatibility.

You can alter interiors, exterior colors and wheels at a touch of the screen – and open doors, get in the car or switch on lights and radio.

Once your visualization is complete, you can save the data & picture, share it with others and, in our most important markets, “jump” to BMW’s online configurator (through your mobile browser) to continue and complete the car configuration.

After having downloaded the app, the product experience is ready any time & any place. It can be used at your home, your friend’s house or elsewhere – you can check how it would look in your driveway!

To use the app:
- Find an empty space big enough to fit a car
- Find a well-lit area, but without direct sunlight
- Avoid reflective or shiny floors
- Select a BMW i Model, place it, rotate it and customize it to your taste
