The Bodies At Work App is a companion tool that assists office workers with implementing our three pillar approach to health: increasing physical activity levels, encouraging healthy eating habits and promoting stress relief practices. The app uses a point-accumulation system to incentivize users to engage in specific healthy behaviors. Different point levels are assigned to different activities and then tracked for the user on a daily basis through graphs.
