- I can write you a custom meal plan to fit your macros, or I can look at your current dietary habits and make improvements/give you recommendations based on your specific goal

We curated the best 8 week Full Body Lean and Strong Program:
- This program is designed to help you build lean muscle mass and burn fat
- 25-35min effective home workouts, which include a warm-up and cool down which you can do from anywhere at any time
- 4 day workout split (2 lower body days, 1 upper body, 1 full body day)
- Follow along workouts with your dedicated trainer (Mary Guse) which will be there sweating it out with you
- Exercise demonstrations to ensure you have proper form and technique
- Minimal equipment, all you need is 2 sets of dumbbells a lighter set and heavier set, as well as a booty resistance band.
