The Body Workout App is based on the latest scientific studies and sources.

- Choose how often you want to train per week. Training plans with two, four or six training units per week are available.

- For each muscle group there are different intensity training units. Level 1 is intended for beginners.

- With the progression you can choose more demanding levels to continue your progress.

- Train without equipment, just with your body weight.

- Inform yourself extensively about knowledge and background information about sports, nutrition and regeneration.
