With the different levels of difficulty you can specify how sophisticated your training should be designed. You need very little space and can do the training outdoors, at home or at work.
The app was developed out of scientific principles. The different workouts improve coordination, agility, strength ability, endurance, etc. It offers the possibility to train in the field of healthy sports and it helps to prevent everyday complaints to be resilient and to reduce health risks. It is also possible to improve the level of performance with the intense workouts. Through the daily work for over 8 years we have huge experience that we have included in the training set to ensure the sustainability and provide a versatile workout.

Functionality App
The tachometer (in different colors) indicates the difficulty of the training set. Blue corresponds to the lightest intensity, red the medium intensity and black the highest intensity.
Once you have decided on a training set, the set-up menu appears and all the exercises are listed in the form of a video. The athlete's best to start with the first video and trained sequentially through to the last video. Among the videos are the reps. The stopwatch time is displayed in seconds and rowing a distance is given in meters. On the right side there is a small arrow. If you click the arrow you enter a separate menu where the execution of the exercise will be explained in detail.
