تطبيق بلبل غير مختص ببيع المنتجات، هو مجرد وسيلة توصيل للطلبات، ويمكن للعملاء من خلاله اختيار المنتجات المعروضة للشركات المسجلة في التطبيق، ليقوموا بطلب توصيلها من قبل موظفي شركة بلبل للتوصيل.
بلبل يقوم بعرض المنتجات التي يمكن توصيلها بإحدى طريقتين، إما من خلال عرض الخريطة أو من خلال العرض المباشر في هيئة جداول.
يمكن للعميل التواصل مع موظف شركة التوصيل للاستعلام عن تفاصيل الطلب والوقت اللازم للوصول أو أي استفسارات أخرى.
تم توفير تطبيق بلبل لتسهيل عمليات التوصيل ما بين الزبون والشركات المزودة للمنتجات، فلا يتحمل بلبل مسؤولية جودة المنتجات أو إنما يتحمل مسؤولية جودة التوصيل وتأثيرها على وصولها للعميل بالشكل المطلوب.
