What is it about?
The 100% FREE bond safe App allows for tenants to take photo’s and fill in a report on the condition of their property, the Bond Safe software will work on a calendar to record the date when the tenant submits the Bond Safe application and can be submitted either through the App or through a tenants Username and Password login on the Realty Guru system. The App/Web Platform will provide the tenant with an inspection template with basic questions on the condition of the carpets, kitchen, bathrooms, walls, doors and general condition of the property with a picture upload section on each of these fields. The Bond Safe application can be used by the tenant to guarantee they don’t lose their bond when vacating their tenancy. Bond Safe is a FREE service for tenants, Real Estate Agents pay a small fee to view the Bond Safe application unless they are registered with RGPM. This is a FREE service for RGPM clients.
