Alternatively, it gives convenience to event organizers to manage schedules for their visitors and participants. Allow to offer multiple services for new clients. Smoothen the invitation process, eases the onboarding procedure and reduces the late arrival.
Book-in Enterprise is designed for the service company (Business Owner) to let the public user (or their client) make a booking to their services so that they can run the business in more efficient ways. Typically in their client schedule handling portion.
Eg. Hair Saloon allows their client to book for the service time in advance and get confirmation from both parties.
Appointment features a general App users will use to make appointments prior to their visiting or obtain a queue number during visit at the doorstep.
Step a: App User can make appointments and suggest their visit date and time with each other.
Step b: App User will receive notification for the new and change of appointments.
Step c: If date and time clash with either parties, App User can then choose the next available date and time of their own. Then, update to another party.
Step d: App User can choose to accept the final ones and the slot is confirmed between both parties.
Optional for walk-in clients to obtain a queue number during their visit by scanning on the QR code from App.
App user just needs to register their mobile number within the app and no other registration method.
