IT TAKES A VILLAGE

Boomerang is a transportation service geared specifically for children ages 5-17. Becoming a Boomerang Driver is a great opportunity to set your own hours, get paid weekly, and support others in your community. Be in control of your day! Know what your day looks like and how much you will earn before you accept a ride. Set your own schedule and work when you want but remember peak hours are before school (7:00 am-9:00 am) and then after school (2:30 pm-6:00 pm). Boomerang hours of operation are currently Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

BECOMING A DRIVER IS AS EASY AS 1, 2, 3…

To become a Boomerang Driver, you must be at least 21 years of age, have at least 5 years of caregiving experience and pass our in-person interview process.

You must have a 4-door vehicle no more than 10 years old that passes our 25-point vehicle inspection.

Qualified candidates must pass thorough FBI, Department of Justice, and DMV background checks.

ONBOARDING

After you are approved we have a hands-on onboarding service to provide a walk-through of the app and how to use it. We will also ensure your photos and profile description will help drive Parents to select you! Then it is as easy as setting your availability so Parents see your profile when scheduling rides.
