If you’re a Retailer – your task is to increase Sales and Margins.

If you’re a Salesperson – what you want is to reach your Sales Targets to get Bonuses.

And if you’re an HR Manager working for the Retailer – your job is to increase Sales People Capabilities and thus help your
Company succeed.

That’s exactly what Boostowski does! Helps you and your Salespeople perform better. It has 5 modules:

1. It helps you set your daily KPI targets (calculated from monthly and yearly goals), so every Salesperson understands what needs to be done on each specific day in order to be in line with the Sales Strategy and reach monthly Bonus. This practice has shown a very positive impact on Salespeople Morale and Engagement.

2. It measures Salespeople’ real-time performance, so they know where they stand at the moment (regarding daily KPI targets) and what corrective interventions need to be done (if any).

3. It gives positive feedback (using push notifications) to the Salespeople and therefore motivates them and reinforces constructive behavior.

4. Alerts Salespeople about the performance gaps (usually at the end of the day) which could jeopardize the monthly goal and their Bonuses. Specific and frequent Feedback is proved to be crucial for Salespeople performance.

5. Trains (Recommendation Machine incorporated) only specific areas – the ones connected with the performance gaps spotted. Micro-learning modules on two most important topics – Sales Process and Product Knowledge. You can pre-order Generic Sales Training Videos or we can make Custom ones for your Company.

The App is installed on every Salesperson’s Smartphone.

The Administrator and Top Management have insight and reports about most important KPI-s, but they can also communicate specific tasks and upload their own (Product or Sales Process) Video.

Salespeople can see (on a daily level) how much money they have already put into their "Bonus Basket".

The App has been created by a Psychologist with 23 Sales Consulting experience and Owner of the Retail Shops on one hand and the team of 5 top-notch Computer Science Experts on the other.
