by Peter BOULDEN

What is it about?

This app is intended for the professional that administers botox and /or dermal fillers. This app simplifies the charting and documentation when administering Botox and / or Dermal Fillers. The application gathers information such as Heath history of the patient, custom consent forms for that office with digital signature capture, pre-operative photographs using the integrated iPad camera, and then actually charting of the increments used (of botox and dermal fillers). A unique feature of this application is that the increments of Botox are documented by a “drag and drop” technique onto either a stock face structure or the image of the patient themselves. The units that were placed are they added together so the clinician can quickly determine the number of Botox (or Dysport) units delivered to that patient. Finally, this vital information is then aggregated into a unified PDF document and the clinician is given a series of options to perform:
1)They can send the PDF file to a Air Printer
2)Save the images taken to the iPad gallery
3)Save the PDF file to a Dropbox account
4)Send the PDF file to the office administrator's email.
5)Email the patient custom post-operative instructions for botox and/or dermal fillers.
This application has a “settings” function that allows the end-user to place their own consent forms and custom post-operative instructions. Additionally, the settings feature allows the office to place their logo so that it'll appear branded on every PDF document generated.
