At bounce, we are taking a new approach to recruitment - one that connects people with people, instead of CVs with job descriptions. No CV? No problem. Whether it be for a short term, part-time, full time, a temp job, a one-off or odd job - we accommodate everyone's needs.

The model is simple users create a profile, look for jobs or job seekers in their area, like the profiles or positions that interest them and if there is a match (i.e. liked back), they could be on their way to that new job or hiring that new team member.
