Professional boxing and ballet instructors put you through your paces in a high-energy workout aimed to improve your strength, fitness and posture whilst developing your boxing and barre skills. Sessions alternate throughout the day between boxing and barre, choose your workout to suit your aim whether it be to improve technique in our Signature sessions, HIIT that cardio in our Sweat sessions or to tone up in our Sculpt and Power sessions! Luxury showering and changing facilities and a juice bar to recover post-workout.
