App Store Description

Primary Hypertension or as its more commonly called High Blood pressure is a symptom, not a disease, although it is often treated as a disease by our medical systems.

Hypertension is a chronic illness, with a chronic cause - unhealthiness.

Most medical Doctors do not study healthiness, they only study disease and do not recognize unhealthiness.

Why not?

Because you can't treat unhealthiness in a medial way or with a drug.

Is it possible to 'cure' hypertension?

Of course it is - you can cure it with health – Physical and Mental Health.

So, why is it not being done now and why is my Doctor not pointing me in the right direction?

Its simple – until recently it was not practical for Doctors to find your cause.

How is your Doctor supposed to know just how much salt you consume each day, how well you have been sleeping or how stressed you feel on the days your BP is higher? It’s impossible to get accurate information like this!

Or it was, now with the app BP Owl you can accurately log what you have eaten and it will work out the sodium content and compare that to your days BP.

BP Owl also links with Apple Health

You also log how stressed you feel each day, how well you slept, how much exercise you did, your weight etc and BP Owl analyses all the information against your daily BP numbers.

Within 20 days it then provides an insight showing what is driving your BP up.

Once you know you can then take targeted action – a lot less frustrating than trying everything. If stress for example is your cause then changing your diet will not help.

Once the BP Owl insights have show you your cause you can either take targeted action yourself or if you would like some free guided help then just email team@BPowl.com and we will then guide you to the next stage of beating your BP

Benefits of your BP Owl app purchase are:

· Pre-approved access to our private Facebook community where you can ask questions and discuss experiences with over 5000 other people suffering with high BP, including insight from doctors and nurses

One of the most popular features of the app is the weekly Lower BP Challenges.
They start every Monday and you'll get a couple of advance reminders each week as to what you need to do to prepare.
Our Facebook group has lots of inspiring conversations about the amazing results that people are achieving from the challenges - a lady called Ann recently dropped from 155 / 73 down to 128 / 69 in 7 days! Could you achieve similar results?

I hope that offers you a valuable introduction to the app and what to expect.

We simply can't wait to start supporting you on your journey to healthier numbers!
