Your program is personalized for you based on the way you answered DJ’s initial questions, with original programs like his 12-Week Weight Loss, Bulking Season, and Summer Shred, consisting of workout classes and rep-based at-home or in-gym workouts. Your program screen also tracks your overall progress and shows your streak count — tracking how many days in a row you’ve nailed your program.
WORKOUT CLASSES
See a list of workouts led by DJ that he’s chosen just for you or browse the entire workout library offering training from HIIT and strength, to cardio, shredding, and stretching. Workouts range from 5-60 minutes.
REP WORKOUTS
Whether you’re working out at home or at the gym, your workouts and goals are individualized for you at the difficulty level you told DJ you’re at. Your personal record is also indicated on every workout so you’re always competing against yourself.
MONTHLY LIVE SESSIONS
