BrainShots

The INNERTOURS project generates from the long experience of our group with Biofeedback (a polygraph system, similar to the lie detector),
able to read the bio-physiological state of the organism,
through the real-time detection of heart rate, skin conductance,
temperature, muscle tone, brain waves …)
and the application of many psychological disciplines in various fields:

We have been able to ascertain how certain sequences
of internal representations affect several physiological parameters.
This means that certain sequences of thoughts, with their multisensory representations allow to access to specific psychophysical states,
consisting of a range of mental attitudes and a physiological component, which is identifiable and measurable.

We have translated these principles into a series of Audio Files,
called BrainShots®
in which a voice guidance accompanies through imaginative paths
in order to train the ability to self-regulation and to activate
those mental states that allow us to get both our best performance,
and the improvement of our mental and physical wellbeing.

The Shots are designed in order to be used
Immediately, at any time, in any place,
for a wide range of situations, of roles,
with a duration of only a couple of minutes

It’s the project of the fully applied psychology, translated in a series of small Shots, made available to anybody, practical, transferred directly in its essence, without intellectual steps, in full privacy, proof of mental laziness, without the need of will efforts…
