The Brandon Leer app allows one click bidding on live and timed auctions. The app provides detailed information about auctions, lots and prevailing bid patterns. You can easily bid by using the one-click automated bid incrementation buttons to quickly click and bid with one action. Information about your own bid behaviour and history is provided. App response is fast and reliable.

Create your own My Lots personalised catalogue to easily scroll between only those lots you are interested in. The Brandon Leer app automatically adds lots on which you have placed bids to your My Lots personalised catalogue.

Users with official South African IDs can sign up and apply for registration for a specific auction. Participation in any auction complies with South African, local and international laws regarding the legal and ethical buying and selling of live game on auction. Permits are required from the South African Department of Nature Conservation (local branch) before animals can be transported. Other regulations, terms and conditions apply. The auctioneer can on their own decide to allow or reject any bid or registration application to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws, which can vary depending on species, region and geographical area.

The app acts as a platform to indicate buying intent and sets a price per lot, but the actual real buying and selling transaction takes place outside the app in the physical world. All transactions need to comply with all regulations and laws as published on the app and elsewhere (printed catalogues, websites and the like) as specific terms and conditions per individual auction. These terms and conditions are accepted on the app and this acceptance, along with bids and other information is stored in the Brandon Leer database.

Additional documentation is required to conclude any transaction regarding the buying and selling of live game and other categories in the physical world outside the app.

In addition to app bidding, registered buyers can also bid on the same live auction via voice telephone, text message or live in person on the bidding floor by showing a physical official registered bidder card.
