Dette er et kurs for din psykiske og fysiske helse. Selvdisiplin er viktig, men for å vite hva som hindrer deg fra å ha et lykkelig liv, må du være modig! For å gjøre dette vil vi øve meditasjon og arbeide med forskjellige typer oppgaver som veileder deg til å finne svarene i deg selv.

To do this we will practice meditation and work with different types of tasks that guides you to find the answers inside yourself.

The download of BraveAtHeart is free of charge. There is no free trial. Should you use BraveAtHeart app, we offer one of the following options:

Free Course and a Monthly subscription.

Payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after the trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One Time Payments will only be charged one time initially.

Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term. Readout full
