Get access to cost-effective personal training at your home gym by easily booking sessions with your chosen PT, at a time to suit your schedule.

All workouts are tracked and managed in the Brawn app, so you can easily measure your progress and take part with fellow participants.

TAKE PART IN DIGITAL STRENGTH CHALLENGES

Connect with the rest of your gym community by taking part in fun fitness challenges, set up by PTs at your local gym.

Compete against others, or simply challenge yourself. There are challenges to suit people of all abilities and scores are tracked across multiple metrics — time, rounds completed, volume lifted and intensity points.

Intensity points make lifting competition fairer by giving people a points score based on the weight you lifted, age, gender and weight.

TRACK YOUR TRAINING PROGRESS EFFECTIVELY

Easily track your results and make faster training progress in the Brawn app with AI-supported weight recommendations.
