Bread Crumbs (AR)

We thought up this app to bring parents and children together to play a game. The game app employs augmented reality technology in such a way as to make users actively move around a given space.
The edutainment concept behind the application allows parents and children to spend physically active time together while learning the alphabet and words. A child can collect bits of knowledge like breadcrumbs.

The gameplay is simple and intuitive.
A parent scatters “breadcrumbs” around the room using the smartphone and then hands the smartphone to their child. The child collects the “breadcrumbs” and thus assembles a 3D model of a toy. The child can interact with the toy and practice reading its name.

Each level has its own cost and rating. The cost is determined by the number of coins available. They can be collected along with breadcrumbs and saved to reach the next level. The rating is determined by the speed with which the level is completed. There is an in-app store where you can open up new levels.
