App Store Description

Gamify your meditation with biofeedback! Count your breaths, and let the app know when you hit 50 breaths. Get rewarded with medals for keeping an accurate count.

If you've wandered off while meditating, you're not alone
If you're wondering if you are meditating correctly, you're not alone
If you have been bored while meditating, you're not alone

Make your meditation fun, while learning abdominal breathing at the same time.

The best way to use the app is to use the phone while performing shavasana (sleeping meditation / yoga nidra). If you wish to count breaths while sitting, you could slide the phone halfway into your pants, so that the phone moves when you breathe. The elastic on the pant's belt line should hold the phone in place.

Set a target count that is comfortable and meditate on your breath.
Lie down on your back, place the phone on your abdomen and try to breathe at the target rate.
Press Done once you hit the target count.
