Do you want to learn to relax, improve your oxygen uptake, or increase your breath holding time?

In the free four days exercise program, you will become familiar with the techniques used by freedivers, learn the basics of breathing, and gain the ability to practice breath holding safely.

INCREASE YOUR BREATH HOLDING TIME
Are you a freediver, scuba diver, surfer, open water swimmer, paddler or other water sports enthusiast? The exercise program allows you to increase safety and to become more relaxed in your hobby. After just a few days of training, you will be able to hold your breath around two minutes.

INCREASE YOUR OXYGEN UPTAKE
Breathing exercises can increase your oxygen uptake. With this exercise program, you will strengthen the muscles of your respiratory system, increase your endurance and carbon tolerance, and activate your body's own production of the Epo hormone.

RELAXATION
Breathing exercises stimulate the vagus nerve. The purpose of the vagus nerve is to lower your heart rate and blood pressure and to lower the levels of stress hormones in your body. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system with breathing exercises, you can consciously relax yourself.
