Beat the Q lets you offer your customers a new, unique service that can help attract new customers to your café, increase customer loyalty, and help you generate more orders.

Your customers will be able to send orders directly to your own dedicated Beat the Q order screen, and payments are transferred directly into your nominated account electronically.

How it works
-----------

As a Beat the Q café, you will receive your own order terminal, setup at a convenient location near your point-of-sale.

When an order is received, you are notified on screen along with an audible ‘beep’ that there is an order waiting to accept. Simply accept the order on screen, and commence preparing the order just as if the customer had just ordered over the counter.

Once an order is accepted, Beat the Q automatically moves the money from the customer account to your Beat the Q vendor account, which accrues and is transferred into your bank account on a weekly basis along with an itemised statement.

How will my customers know about Beat the Q?

We understand you’re busy, so we’ll help promote it at your café for you.

You will receive dedicated point-of-sale material for your customers, encouraging them to use the Beat the Q system. Shortly after your installation and training, we’ll also work with you to conduct promotional activities in and around your café. Overall, the more people that use Beat the Q, the more successful it will be for you.
