Buff Watch app is connected with the watch, which can obtain the watch's heart rate, sleep, exercise and other health data, receive mobile phone message notifications in real time, customize the dial background, view weather forecast information and so on.

Apple Health:
The app integrates the Apple Health function. You may need to agree to authorize to write or read data to Apple Health. We will pop up a window to ask for your permission when needed.
