This app is designed to hep you determine if you need a permit for your construction/build project. For example, if you wanted to build a deck the app can help you determine if you need a permit to build the deck.

How the app works

To start you will select your city from the app’s list of cities. Then you will select your project from that cities list of projects. For example, if you wanted to build a deck in Stratford, ON, you would select 'Stratford' as the city and 'Build a Deck' as the project. The app may then ask you questions about your project to determine if you need a permit. If the app determines you need a permit, the app will help walk you through the process to get the permit. Additionally, you can use the app to send you to your cities website, from which, you can apply for the permit you need.

Additional features includes tips and tricks for hiring contractors, designers, architects, and/or consultants for your project. The app can also help you find local contractors, designers, architects, and/or consultants in your area.
