BuildingIQ

The BuildingIQ Mobile App is the essential tool for Facilities Management (FM) personnel or contractors. It’s designed for current users of the BuildingIQ 5i Platform and their building occupants. There are currently two modules: Service Center and Comfort Feedback. The Service Center module empowers FMs to organize their work day; quickly create, modify and track maintenance tasks; and add photos to tasks as they go throughout a building or campus. The optional Comfort Module allows managers to gather feedback from building occupants on their comfort level within building spaces (e.g. too cold, too hot, just right). The Comfort Module is a simple way to engage tenants and provides a means of correlating the state of the HVAC system with the comfort perceptions of tenants.

With the BuildingIQ Mobile App, FM teams work faster and more efficiently; and with the optional Comfort Module, the FM and BMS teams have another tool for improving the building while engaging the tenant.
