- Every workout is different from another;

- Difficulty levels of workouts increase week by week and day by day;

- Every week has 2 extra workouts: 1 with swiss ball and 1 functional workout.


- Every week and every extra workout have a motivational description;

And also:

- Every workout has it's detailed description, step-by-step photo and video instruction and also animated instruction;

- Your results save in workout journal;

- When you finished workout, share your results on Facebook, twitter and other social networks.
