Buttonkit is a powerful communication and task-support platform for residential developments. It presents a beautifully simple set of buttons to residents, staff and/or management to streamline the day-to-day running of a building. Any processes, no matter how simple of complex, can be turned into a button.
Buttonkit is already being used to provide a blisteringly fast parcel management system, issue reporting, property inspections, occupancy management and leak reporting. Its simplicity means that new staff and residents can pick it up and get going immediately.
Buttonkit’s advantage comes from the ease with which new buttons can be created. As new processes emerge or develop in your building, new buttons can be built to handle them. Need a new service for handling parking, crime reports, key release, reporting noise, patrol monitoring? No problem.
Each button, when pressed will present a screen to collect or provide information. A screen might be (but not limited to) a set of clickable options, some text, a signature, an image, clickable graphics, a map or a list of data. The path that a user navigates through screens will be determined by their answers to previous questions. The answers can then be submitted to an “endpoint” which may log them in a database, notify users or call out to a web service. Buttonkit provides a sophisticated web-based graphical authoring package for building new buttons.
Buttonkit is configured out-of-the box to help track a building’s occupancy, provide excellent communication (broadcasts to groups and individuals using sms, email, app notifications). Beyond that, it’s up to you
