CAP uploader is hosted at the Medical University of South Carolina on behalf of several South Carolina Hospitals. CAP uploader is only for professionals with a pre-existing relationship with MUSC or its partner hospitals. Do not use CAP uploader if you have a medical emergency or if you have not yet contacted a consulting physician.
