When used correctly, condoms can protect you from most sexually transmitted infections and help prevent unintended pregnancy.

The Free Condoms No Fuss – C Card Scheme is available to anyone who is 16 or over and lives, works or studies in Lanarkshire. There are some restrictions in place if you wish to access condoms and you are under 16. Staff at the C Card centres will provide you with the appropriate advice.

There are 118 C Card centres in Lanarkshire. They are found in GP surgeries, health centres and pharmacies and there is no need to be registered with any of these services to access the C Card scheme. It's your choice where you want to go to receive free condoms.

There are no forms to fill in, but the first time you visit a C Card centre, we will ask you where you heard about it. This lets us know how people have found out about the service and if we can improve on promoting it.

It's free and easy to use and that's why we call it Free Condoms No Fuss.
