C4Life is a health app provided for use as a benefit by a number of US based health plans, corporate entities and union members for the management of their personal health.

The app provides a unique blend of personalised assessment, education and clinical interventions, supported by medical and lifestyle coaches, as required by understanding and analysing your current health state.

Importantly c4life assesses and understands you the user, ensuring it's advice and programs meet with where you are 'currently at', helping you progress confidently and with measured outcomes to enable you to progress positively to a better health position.

C4Life is not available for use by the general public, for more information as to which plans and companies provide the use of this app for their members please contact us directly.
