The group aims to raise awareness, provide information, and facilitate training locally with the goal of building community resilience and strength.

The group aims to raise awareness, provide information, and facilitate training locally with the goal of building community resilience and strength.
CAATCH is a collaborative community-based initiative which also involves local health services, voluntary bodies, community groups, schools and sporting organisations working together with the aim of reducing the risk of suicide in the CAATCH area. The aims of the group are achieved through the four pillars of CAATCH: Awareness, Training, Community and Sharing.
The CAATCH mobile phone app is a joint project with NUIG Information Technology Discipline, where the app was developed.
