Calculate Junction Temperature is an application that increases the efficiency of the calculated junction temperature
The junction temperature is the highest temperature of the actual semiconductor chip (wafer, die) in the electronic device. It is usually higher than the case temperature and the device surface temperature.
The junction temperature measures the time required to dissipate heat from the semiconductor wafer to the package device and the thermal resistance.
The junction temperature is: Thermal resistance x Input power +
Ambient temperature, so if you increase the maximum rating of the junction temperature, it will work even if the ambient temperature is very high.
