What is it about?

Escape Velocity: an object is vertically ejected from the surface of the planet. If the initial Velocity is less than a certain value, the object will rise only a certain distance, and then the acceleration generated by the gravity of the planet will eventually make it fall. If the initial velocity reaches a certain value, the object will completely escape the gravitational bondage of the planet and fly out of the planet. The speed at which an object needs to escape the gravitational pull of a planet is called escape velocity. The minimum speed required for an object on the surface of a celestial body to escape the gravitational pull of that object and fly into space. For example, the earth's escape velocity is 11.2 km/s (the second cosmic velocity).

The escape velocity

Escape velocity: Ve2=2GM/R

Here:

G = gravitational constant = 6.6726 x 10-11n -m2/kg2

M is equal to the mass of the planet

R is equal to the radius of the planet
