Business users are able to quickly and easily download the free app and access their companies’ central account to make their business related international calls.
In recent years the trend for BYOD and a more distributed workforce posed some challenges to business in terms of cost allocation and maintaining an efficient workforce. Call2 – BYOD alleviates one contentious area – allocating and attributing telephone call costs. With all staff being able to access the Call2- BYOD app free on their personal mobile phone, all they need to do is use the app when making their business related calls.
The technology behind the app links all employees to one central account and will allocate all costs to the company, not the individual. With in-depth management information available for administrators and sales manager, Call2- BYOD means that cost allocation, audit trail responsibilities and any itemised billing challenges are taken away from both the employee and the business.
How it works?
Call2 – BYOD works by using the best call back technology from Call2. The technology works by making two outbound calls, one to the user and one to the number they wish to call, then connecting the two calls. The quality of Call2 telephone calls is attributed to the business quality telephone lines and not VoIP.
