Can Eat establishes a three-tier food connection between the kitchen and table:
1. You can order food made by home cooks and have it on your tables.
2. You can cook food following the recipe shared by a chef on Can Eat and have the same dish on your table.
3. You can also help others to have food on their table by donating money or food to our partner charities.
Can Eat came to solve the problems of many aspirant and part time chefs who struggle to reach the actual customers (too much noise but too little buyers on social media). They juggle between various social media channels and messaging apps to communicate with their customers and keeping track of their orders.
Can Eat gives them a platform with a highly specific user base to share their food stories, recipes, tips and go live from their kitchen. The integration of e-commerce and order management tools empowers the chefs to focus on growing their business by maintaining the quality of their food and services.
Users can follow their favourite chefs, learn from their recipes and comment on their posts. The user reviews on an item help other users to know the food type, taste and quantity before ordering it.
We have designed it to be a lot more than just a boring food ordering app as there is plenty to indulge in even if you are not selling or ordering something. The interactive features of the app such as commenting and sharing make it an engaging place just like other social media platforms.
We are humbled to give a voice and space to our partner charities, helping them reach out to our users to seek their support for those in need. The purpose of Can Eat is to create a network where everyone supports each other. We, our users, chefs and charities are tied together to build a caring community.
