As part of the Can Do Colorado Community Challenge, we’re giving low income essential workers pedal-assist bicycles of their own, plus helmets, locks, and all the other accessories they’ll need to get out and discover the transformative power of e-Bikes. Whether using it to travel to work, to play, or just to experience the feeling of the wind in your hair, e-Bikes are an unparalleled way to safely travel and recreate without contributing to pollution or impacting Colorado’s air quality. The Can Do Colorado e-Bike program aims to show all Coloradans just how far two wheels can take you.

If you are a program participant, download our apps to compete against others and save our environment. The data collected by the app will also help us design a better program in Spring.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Therefore, we automatically turn the GPS off if you are not moving. This reduces the battery drain caused by location tracking significantly - our tests show that this app results in 10 - 20% additional drain over 24 hours.

If this is still unacceptably high, you can switch to medium accuracy tracking, which should result in ~ 5% additional drain.
