Canteen by Dig is a reusable takeout container exchange program that makes it easy to eliminate the need for single use plastics when purchasing food at a Dig restaurant. Only available at Dig Noho (691 Broadway, NY) at this time.
Using Canteen by Dig is simple:
#1 SIGN UP
Choose the monthly subscription option. For this pilot, you can only check out one Canteen Bowl at a time.
#2 CHECK OUT
Visit participating Dig restaurants for takeout, open the Canteen by Dig app and enter the four digit vendor code. Scan the in-app QR code at the front of the restaurant Market Line until the screen says "Good to Go."
#3 ENJOY
Your meal will be made in a Canteen Bowl. By using Canteen by Dig reusables, you're saving resources, energy, greenhouse gas emissions and single use trash from landfills.
#4 RETURN
Return your Canteen Bowl at our in-store Drop Site at 691 Broadway. Open the Canteen by Dig app and scan the QR code on the drop site. Once the screen says "Good to Go" just drop the reusable inside.
# 5 REPEAT
